I use the loader to lift the front wheels of the tractor off the ground as far as possible and then push the control into the float position. If the front wheels don't come back down to the ground the float position isn't working right.

Unfortunately this was all an after thought, the photos were taken after I fixed everything.The bent stud ball was under the boot here. The loose bolt was under the left sided cap on the far end of the joystick here.

WebJun 11, 2021 · Every looked fine and fix the problem. I switched the hoses for the bucket and loader and the loader spool operates the bucket correctly. When the loader is connected to the bucket spool selecting up moves the loader up as expected but selecting down causes the loader to also go up. I am new to troubleshooting hydraulic issues.
