Keep at it, following the correct procedure in the manual, and it will pop eventually. I had to buy a new battery. WebJun 28, 2006 · Once you have fuel to the injectors, start cranking the starter until she fires. If it doesn't start soon, go back through the entire proceedure again. Some diesels won't hit a lick until ALL the air is out. When a diesel is ran out of fuel, that is a golden opportunity to clean everything (tank, screens, ect) and change filters. Start off clean.

WebApr 29, 2012 · Apparently as I ran it out of fuel, it also pulled the sediment from the bottom of the tank, and clogged up the the filters. After i cleaned them out (diesel, the multipurpose cleaner), i held the shop vac hose back to the fuel tank, pressurized it and as soon as it started to fire, i removed the hose and up she went like nothing happened.

Put other plugs in, with the wiring on fuel pump disconnected I went back to pulling. No pops nothing. But it did rip the handle right out of my hand.

WebSep 11, 2018 · Pump some more until you see fuel coming out at the top screw. Tighten it. Now grab a 5/8 open end wrench and loosen the nuts at the injectors that hold the steel fuel lines from the pump to the injectors. You can either work that little hand pump until fuel comes out at those nuts, or just start cranking the tractor until fuel starts spurting out.
